Glowvara products are research compounds intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. Due to the nature of these products and to maintain the integrity of all compounds we supply, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at glowvara.support@gmail.com with your order number, photos or video showing the damage, and a brief description of the issue. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, contact us so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution where appropriate.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used research compounds
Bacteriostatic water once opened
Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Orders where 7 days have passed without contact
